Friday 7-9 Enjoy a wholesome nourising meal made with nurturing intention, super foods. And get to know your radiant fellow people.
Friday 9-11 Gather under the Gazebo for the Cacao music fellowship and light show.

Saturday- Breakfast 8-10 Enjoy a light breakfast of yogurt, fruit, farm fresh egss, and super green fermented micros for a boost of probiotics, super living food.
Saturday 10:30-11:30 Nutrtional Blood Testing. Maureen has traveled to third world countries in adiding the health system, and offers alternative medicine herbs and supplements for your overall Holistic Healing. In one hour you can learn more about your body, then what would take traditional tests weeks or even months. This is truly amazing technology.
Lunch at noon- 12-2 Replenish and Relax with a super packed nutricious lunch and take in one of our many pampering amenities offered by our trained and licensed technicians. Facial and peppermint scalp massage, Infrared crystal healing mat, Red light therapy facial, Chair Massage, Reiki Session, Foot massage Detox or take a dip in the pool. (20 minute inervals)
Saturday 2-3 Healing with Peptides. Learn how natural effective ways of healing with peptides can alleviate pain, boost energy, fight insomnia, and increase metabolism for a healthier thriving way of life.
Saturday 3:30 to 5 Creation is my Meditation. A blended infusion of healing, opening and creating in the cube frequencies for enhanced creativity that sparks the imaginaiton and lifts the spirit.
Saturday 5:30-7:00 Gather around for yet another delicious nutricious bursting with flavor and nutrients, meal, as you are guiding through energetic eating. Learn how to release emotional blocks, and old programming associated with food. Align openly with your own inner voice of what nurtures your body mind and spirit. This is a integrated class during your meal and aids toward your awarness and relationship with food.
Saturday 730-9 The Reiki Body. Energy blocks occur when emotional trauma is created and manifests in the physical, creating trapped or stagnant energy. Learn how the chakras, as the Dna points of prevalent energy associate with the mind body spirit connection, and how to release it.
Saturday 9-11 The 9d breathwork sound immersion under the stars. Bask in the night air under a beautiful oak on soft air beds, as you are introduced to the importance of breath and vibrational sound that soothes your senses bringing you into a deeper sacred space from within.
Sunday 8-10 Enjoy a light breakfast of farm fresh eggs, yogurt and super foods
10-11 Yoga under the Great oak for Morning Salutations.
11:30-1:30 Nourishing lunch
1:30- 300 Crystal bowl healing
and ending cermemony for retreat.
Retreat for out of town guests up to 10 people in our healing room and up to 25 guests for the daytime night time cermonies and classes.
Locals are asked to please reserve the overnight space for out of town guests. Discounts are not offered as these overnight accomdations are not a part of the retreat experince expense.
.Guests are asked to bring additonal, pillows, swimsuits, change of clothes, yoga mats, musical instruments, towels, and anything that will enhance your retreat expereince with extra added comfort.
